Gameloft released the long awaited Dungeon Hunter 3 onto the Google Play Store over the weekend and fans seems to be a tad disappointed. With Dungeon Hunter 3, Gameloft abandoned the paid model in favor of freemium, and according to fans — they also abandoned the story and gameplay model.
When the mega-hit game Temple Run launched on Android, people jumped at the chance to play this highly addicting endless running game. In fact, Temple Run was downloaded a whopping 1 million times in just three days. Unfortunately, the excitement didn’t last very long for some users (including myself) due to random crashes. It was quite frustrating. I was itching to collect coins, outrun evil monkeys, and slide under arcs of fire. Only problem was — the game would reset after every run. Thankfully the team at Imangi Studios heard the cries of anxious adventurers and quickly pushed out an update.
Many Android users became excited, when three days ago, popular iOS game Temple Run made its official debut on Android. The app has seen great success on the iTunes App Store and looks to be seeing similar success on the Play Store. Today, it’s been revealed that Temple Run for Android has been downloaded a whopping 1 million times, in only three days.
