As if ASUS didn’t have enough problems with the whole GPS debacle on the Transformer Prime, it turns out a number of users have been complaining of random “lockups” ever since upgrading to Ice Cream Sandwich. While it doesn’t seem to be a wide spread issue, there have been enough complaints that ASUS has promised to address the issue next month.


Popular news reader Pulse News has been updated to version 2.7.4. While nothing major has been added in this update, it does fix a couple bugs. Apparently there were some issues with the Dark Mode which have been fixed, as well as a few tablet bugs. They don’t go into specifics about what these bugs were but if you’re a frequent user of Pulse News, you’ll probably notice the fixes. Sprint continues its Carrier IQ eradication, with the Samsung Epic 4G Touch being the latest to receive a security update. Beginning March 1st, Google will roll most of its privacy policies into one new main privacy policy to cover the majority of its products. Google has been slowly working towards the goal of creating a unified and more personal experience across their products and the new privacy policy is just another step in that direction.
