LogMeIn has launched a new cloud-based storage, syncing, and sharing service that hopes to compete with services like Dropbox, Box.net, and the upcoming Google Drive. Called ‘Cubby’, the service offers 5GB of free storage which is protected by LogMeIn’s 128-bit SSL encryption, and it can be accessed from a web browser or using the official Cubby apps for Android and iOS.

Amazon’s Wireless store has proved to be a great place for buying Android devices on the cheap. We often recommend their great deals, and today we have good news about the website. AmazonWireless is now dropping its beta-tag and is adding two new features that will be great for the customers. AmazonWireless will now feature price matching and will now give customers a Free Premium Apps bundle when a device is purchased.

Owners of the Sony Xperia Play, get your thumbs ready for some beta testing. Tonight, Sony has released a public beta for Ice Cream Sandwich that runs on the Xperia Play. Sure, it was available through custom ROMs, but nothings better than an official release. Sony wants your help testing the software.

The moment many of you have been waiting for has arrived. Google Chrome is now available for Android. Before you get too excited, it’s in beta and only available for Android 4.0. Our favorite cloud storage service has a nice little treat for anyone brave enough to beta test their latest app. Right now, Dropbox is offering up to an extra 5G of storage for testing out their new automatic upload feature. For every 500MB of photos and videos you automatically upload, Dropbox will reward you with a 500MB space bonus, up to 5GB. Automatic upload seems to be the primary feature added in this beta build, but here’s what they list as new on their site:
