Google has started rolling out a minor Android 4.4.4 (KitKat MR 2.2) update for the Nexus 5 in selected regions of the world. The update does not include any major or even minor visual or under-the-hood changes and only contains some carrier compatibility and other network related fixes.

Sprint today rolled out its first software update for the HTC One M8, adding HTC’s new Extreme Power Saving mode. The feature promises longer standby times when you’re low on power, giving you more time to gain access to a power outlet and charger.

The Xperia Z2 might not be available in all the regions across the world but that has not stopped Sony from rolling out a software update for the handset. The update fixes quite a few bugs and issues present in the stock firmware of the handset whilst also bringing some much needed enhancements.
