HUD

Garmin has officially announced its new revolutionary forthcoming product that is guaranteed to blow your socks off.

What we’re looking at is a small HUD (Heads-Up Display) unit which connects directly to your Bluetooth-enabled smartphone and beams applicable navigation information onto a small transparent film which attaches to your cars windshield or to a reflector lens that attaches directly to the HUD both of which are included.

iPhone-5-T-Mobile

Android has held a pretty sizable lead over the iPhone for a long time now, and in the United States, it would appear there’s little chance of that changing any time soon. But Apple’s smartphone is gaining ground on its rival, and it’s all thanks to T-Mobile.

LG-Optimus-G2-press-invite

LG has begun sending invitations to a press event in New York on Wednesday, August 7. The company is expected to unveil its much-anticipated Optimus G2 smartphone, which is likely to go up against the latest Android flagships with a 1080p display, and the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor.

Samsung has produced a new Galaxy S4 commercial for Iceland, and it’s possibly one of its weirdest smartphone adverts yet. It features some really strange dancing from a bunch of unconvincing ninjas, and a less than subtle dig at Apple using real apples.

Imagine if there was an Android smartphone that let you easily upgrade internal components, replace broken parts, and personalize the overall appearance of the handset without buying a brand new handset altogether.

The Sony XTRUD, imagined and designed by Francois Rybarczyk, would allow you to do just that. Straight out of the box you would be able to tinker with your smartphone to your heart’s content, upgrading several internal components in an effort to create your ‘ultimate smartphone.’
