Samsung’s latest flagship phone has been available to purchase on just about every U.S. carrier for a while now, but as of today we can add another one to that long list. U.S. mobile carrier Cricket Wireless has just begun taking pre-orders for the Galaxy S4, with an expected shipping date of June 7th.

According to a recent report published by Reuters, Samsung’s Galaxy Tab 3 10.1 will not be powered by the typical ARM processors – instead it will be powered by Intel’s latest Clover Trail+ CPU, marking the highest-profile Android launch for Intel.

Back in April, Samsung announced two new super-sized smartphones called the Galaxy Mega — one of which had a 5.8-inch display, the other a 6.3-inch display. Following the announcement, fans suggested that the devices were far too big to be used as every day smartphones, and there was some speculation about whether Samsung would actually launch them.

We’re still yet to see them, but it appears one just passed through the Bluetooth SIG on its way to market.

Android-China

Android rules the worldwide smartphone market when it comes to market share, and its dominance in China could have a lot to do with that. At the end of the first quarter of 2013, Google’s platform claimed a whopping 51.4% share of all smartphones owned in China.

It has been two weeks since SwiftKey was updated to Version 4.1, however earlier today SwiftKey released another update for its hit keyboard application – but don’t get too excited, there’s no new features! All we’re seeing is a bunch of essential bug fixes, to iron out the creases of the application.
