Okay, so today’s Google Play holiday surprise probably isn’t what you were hoping for (at least not what I was hoping for). I’m also guessing a large number of you young bucks have no idea who the Rolling Stones are or who that old guy in the picture is. Well, they are rock legends and that’s Keith Richards (a guy who has most likely partied harder than the entire cast of Jersey Shore ever will).

Back in July, Sega announced it would be bringing the classic Jet Set Radio to Android and iOS. Today, they made good on that promise, and if you head over to the Play store, you’ll find Jet Set Radio tagged at $4.99.

Google has recently updated the review system for the Google Play store by linking all reviews to a users Google+ account. While this move is sure to incur backlash from privacy proponents and angry trolls, I’m all for it and feel it creates a more respectable app review system that I can trust.

It’s official! Google Play Gift Cards are ready to go. The first set of retailers expected to be stocking them in the upcoming weeks is as follows: Radio Shack, Target, and GameStop. We’re sure they’ll make their way to other retailers, but these three have earned official endorsement on the “About” page for Google Play Gift Cards.

Yes, that is a semi-sarcastic title. However, it’s still true. I’ve already professed my animosity towards exlusives like this, but it is what it is. The good news? Those rocking an Xperia device can download and play the popular console add-on Call of Duty: Black Ops Zombies all by themselves for 30 days. After that, it’s open season on the undead.
