We’ve heard countless times from various sources that Google is working with Huawei to produce a new Nexus smartphone, and those claims have been corroborated yet again by another reliable source.

After months of speculation surrounding a Huawei-made Nexus, the Chinese company has finally confirmed it is working with Google on a smartphone, according to a new report.

The device is expected to make its debut “later this year,” and Huawei is hoping it will help improve its reputation and familiarize consumers with its brand in the West.

A new Nexus made by LG will launch this October with a “3D camera solution” that aims to deliver better photos, according to a new report. The device is expected to have Google’s next-generation Android M software pre-installed, and could be powered by Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon 810 processor.
