Galaxy-S5-Dx

The Samsung Galaxy S5 mini could launch with the “Galaxy S5 Dx” moniker, according to a leak that comes direct from Samsung. A new Galaxy S5 variant with this name made a brief appearance on the South Korean company’s website this week, indicating its official unveiling may be right around the corner.

The HTC One M8 is by far the prettiest Android-powered smartphone money can buy. Its sleek aluminum form factor makes its plastic-packing rivals look even tackier, and it’s one of the few phones I can think of that actually feels like it is worth its premium price tag. The only handset that comes close in terms of design is its predecessor, the original One (M7).

So, how do you make it even prettier? Paint it pink, of course. And that’s exactly what HTC plans to do with its latest flagship.

It is no secret that HTC is working on a mini version of the One (M8), just like it released one last year. Now, thanks to famed phone leaker @evleaks, we have our first look at how the HTC One mini 2 is going to look.

From the leaked press render, it is quite clear that the One mini 2 is ‘mini’ version of its bigger brother and unlike its predecessor, does not make use of any plastic to cut down on the manufacturing costs.

The new device, which hasn’t yet been confirmed by HTC, is expected to be available next month with a 4.5-inch display, a 13-megapixel camera, and HTC’s latest Sense 6 software.

Last year, LG surprised everyone with the design of the LG G2. The handset barely had any bezel that allowed the Korean company to fit in a bigger screen inside a relatively small body. Most consumers are expecting that LG will be able to further reduce the bezel space on the G2’s successor.

Now, thanks to @evleaks, we now have a couple of leaked images of the LG isai FL, which might very well be based on the G3 and gives us the first look at the handset’s design.
