Xperia T2 Ultra

Sony’s upcoming phablet, the Xperia T2 Ultra, has just been spotted in retail packaging for the first time. Although the smartphone is official and has been announced already, the manufacturer has been relatively silent as far as availability is concerned. But this leak sheds light on the arrival of the handset, at least in China bearing the model number XM50h. This variant carries support for dual-SIM networks as well.

GamingCast

The $35 Google Chromecast has gradually gotten more and more useful since it first went on sale last July, and that’s not going to change anytime soon. Not only does it boast support from a whole host of video and audio streaming services, but thanks to an app called GamingCast, it can now be used to play games, too.

HeadWatch

A new Indiegogo campaign has managed to catch our attention as one of the strangest implementations of a smartwatch we’ve seen yet. Known as the HeadWatch, this device basically is a smartwatch which can also double as a headset when unhooked from the strap.

Xperia Themes

Sony has just announced Xperia Themes, which is a stock option to allow deeper customization of its smartphones. This can be accessed through the settings of every Xperia device running Android 4.3 or above. With this, users will be able to give their handset’s UI a complete makeover without having to rely on third party solutions from the Google Play Store.

LG G Pro 2 Magic Focus

Remember the creepy LG G Flex ad from last week? Well, the Korean manufacturer has now made amends for that with its new commercial for the LG G Pro 2 phablet. This ad speaks of the smartphone’s ‘Magic Focus’ feature which is very similar to the near and far focus features from the Samsung Galaxy S5.
