ASUS has announced that the much-anticipated Android 4.4.2 KitKat over-the-air update is currently in preparation for all ASUS PadFone 2, ASUS PadFone Infinity, ASUS PadFone A80 and PadFone Infinity variants located in Asia, Europe and North America. In addition, the Taiwanese company also reported that due to popular demand, the latest version of its ‘Zen’ user interface will also be bundled into the upgrade.

Xperia Z2 Speakers

The Sony Xperia Z2 was recently announced at the MWC event in Barcelona with a lot spoken about the smartphone’s design (more of the same), camera and the processor. But not a lot was discussed about the handset’s front facing stereo speakers. A new video has now popped up on YouTube which compares the speaker of the Xperia Z2 with the HTC One.

Butterfly S Successor

A new rumor claims that HTC is already working on a successor for the now forgotten Butterfly S smartphone. This handset is believed to be carrying the model number ‘GLU2’ and could be headed towards Japanese carrier KDDI first.

Xperia Z2

The Sony Xperia Z2 is not even a week old and we’re already hearing of a successor. According to a Sony Mobile official, the company is planning to launch a new flagship every six months, which means that the Xperia Z2 will no longer be the best Sony smartphone in the market by September-October this year.
