In addition to design and interface improvements, there’s a new Discover section, picture galleries embedded in user profiles, two new transparent widgets, and lots more.

If you live in the U.K. and you’re thinking about picking up a new Sony Xperia Z2 in the coming weeks, then you may want to consider getting it on Vodafone. The company is currently giving the first 3,000 customers who pre-order the device a free 32-inch Sony Bravia TV.

Galaxy S4

The Samsung Galaxy S4 on T-Mobile is now getting the Android 4.4 update, much to the joy of the users. The update is available as an OTA and will require devices to be running Android 4.3 (software version M919UVUEMK2) to be eligible. The update can also be flashed through Samsung Kies software on your computer, but the OTA is preferred for its convenience.

Google senior vice president Sundar Pichai has confirmed plans to bring Chromecast to “many more countries” over the coming weeks. The popular $35 dongle has officially been available only in the U.S. since it was launched last July, but Google has always said that the device would eventually be available internationally.

I don’t know about you, but I think I might be tired of seeing the “All New HTC One” when it gets its official unveiling later this month. The new device has again been leaked in a “quick review” video uploaded to YouTube, which showcases some of the handset’s design changes and its KitKat software.

Alongside the two-minute clip, the handset has appeared in yet another high-quality image gallery.
