Last week, Google announced its long-awaited service for tracking Android smartphones and tablets. Today the Android Device Manager has started rolling out to devices on Android 4.2.2 and up via a software update, and Google has a new webpage for tracking from a browser.

Earlier today, LG announced its latest flagship smartphone, the G2, which the company firmly believes is the best smartphone it has ever built. In addition to the latest high-end specifications — like a 1080p display, a quad-core Snapdragon 800 processor, and a 13-megapixel camera — it also comes with a whole host of new software features that hope to give the Galaxy S4 a run for its money.

We’ve rounded up five of the best, and you can find out all about them below.

We may have already seen the LG G2’s official press shots, but at an event in New York City this morning, the flagship handset just got its official unveiling. As expected, the device offers a 5.2-inch 1080p display, which is coupled by a quad-core Snapdragon 800 processor, 2GB of RAM, and a 13-megapixel rear-facing camera.

LG calls the G2 the “most ambitious phone in its smartphone history,” but does it have what it takes to compete with the Galaxy S4, the HTC One, and other high-end Android handsets?

LG will announce its new flagship G2 at an event in New York City later today, but the handset’s official press images have already been leaked. And they may look very familiar to you. If you take away the LG logo that sits under the display and add a physical home button instead, you’d have what looks almost exactly like a Samsung Galaxy S4.
