The Santa-killing bug that removed December from the People’s app in Android 4.2 has been fixed with an update. Android 4.2.1 is now rolling out to the Nexus 4 and Nexus 10 and will return December just in time for, well… December. While it only appears to be rolling out to those two particular devices at this time, we’re sure the Nexus 7 and Galaxy Nexus are soon to follow.

With all the junk floating out there at the Apple App Store and Google Play (Android users, you get the nastier end of the shaft in this case), it’s no wonder good apps can often go undiscovered and neglected, withering pitifully under a heap of flashy debris.

I say pathetic because half of them can hardly be considered “markets.” Since Sprint is simply playing the numbers game here, let’s take a look at the 11 new “markets” recently added to Sprints 4G LTE list.

It appears the last 24 days have been quite good to Samsung as they have reportedly sold over 2 million Galaxy Note IIs in that short amount of time. Earlier in the month we reported on the Galaxy Note II surpassing 3 million units sold, and now, that number has jumped to over 5 million thanks to what would appear to be a successful U.S. launch.
