Verizon Wireless has started selling Sony’s SmartWatch and SmartWatch accessories online and in-store. The Sony SmartWatch was released back in April as an easy and convenient way to check text messages, emails, Facebook and Twitter updates, as well as a slew of other things without the need to always reach for your phone.

Verizon continues to put other carriers to shame with their 4G LTE network. In one day, Verizon manages to blanket more markets than most carriers do in months. At the current rate of expansion, I’d say most other carriers are year’s behind, and according to Verizon’s current forecast, it’s going to get worse.

Android 4.0 has begun rolling out to all Verizon Motorola XOOM customers after a brief soak test last week. The update is being pushed in phases and brings with it the awesomeness of Ice Cream Sandwich and a whole slew of features and fixes. Check below for the full changelog:
