Amazon is currently offering up some incredible smartphone deals for Cyber Monday, so if you’re looking for a new handset on contract, you don’t want to miss them. A number of high-end devices, including the LG G2 and the HTC One, are just $0.01 upfront for a limited time, while Google’s new Nexus 5 will cost you just $10.

Tomorrow, people in the United States will be able to purchase HTC’s upscaled One variant, the One Max, on any of Verizon’s or Sprint’s 2-year contracts for $149.99 — that’s $100 off the usual price. This promotion is another in a long line of Cyber Monday celebrations and, obviously, is only available online and not in the retailers bricks-and-mortar stores.

Best Buy is now offering Samsung’s former flagship smartphone, the Galaxy S4, completely free of charge with any 2-year contract with Verizon, AT&T or Sprint, from either the retailers website or one of its many bricks-and-mortar stores.

Black Friday is almost upon us and to encourage us to get into the smartphone holiday shopping season HTC has teamed up with both Verizon and Sprint to offer its flagship smartphone, the HTC One, for $29.99 on any 2-year contract. The deal is only valid on Friday, 29 November, and Saturday, 30 November – so if you’re in the market for the One you better act fast.

AT&T began its Android 4.4 KitKat soak test for the Moto X last week, and we had a feeling it wouldn’t be long before it was making the software available to the public — particularly after Verizon became the first to roll it out to its own customers.

So it wasn’t too much of a surprise to see Moto X customers with AT&T getting their KitKat updates over-the-air this weekend.
