Tomorrow, people in the United States will be able to purchase HTC’s upscaled One variant, the One Max, on any of Verizon’s or Sprint’s 2-year contracts for $149.99 — that’s $100 off the usual price. This promotion is another in a long line of Cyber Monday celebrations and, obviously, is only available online and not in the retailers bricks-and-mortar stores.

The One Max is a very impressive high-end smartphone, which packs a 5.9-inch Super LCD3 capacitive touchscreen with a resolution of 1080 x 1920, a 1.7GHz quad-core Snapdragon 600 processor, an Adreno 320 GPU, 2GB of RAM, 16GB/32GB of internal storage (expandable up to 64GB via microSD), a 4-megapixel rear-facing camera and an impressive 3,300 mAh non-removable Li-Po battery.

Straight out of the box, the handset will run the latest build of Android 4.3 Jelly Bean with HTC’s Sense 5 UI plastered over the top. In addition, the One Max ships with all the usual software features that you’d expect from any modern-day HTC smartphone, including Zoe and dual front-facing BoomSound speakers.
