Best Buy is now offering Samsung’s former flagship smartphone, the Galaxy S4, completely free of charge with any 2-year contract with Verizon, AT&T or Sprint, from either the retailers website or one of its many bricks-and-mortar stores.

The Galaxy S4 was released back in April, 2013, and packs a 5-inch Super AMOLED display with a resolution of 1080 x 1920, a 1.6GHz quad-core Cortex A15 processor, a PowerVR SGX 544MP3 GPU, 2GB of RAM, 16GB/32GB/64GB of internal storage (expandable up to 64GB via microSD), a 13-megapixel rear-facing camera and a removable 2,600 mAh Li-Ion battery.

In addition, the handset ships running the latest build of Android 4.3 Jelly Bean with Samsung’s custom TouchWiz user interface plastered over the top. However, the device is expected to receive the much-anticipated 4.4 KitKat update in the not-too-distant future.

If you decide to pick up the Galaxy S4 from Best Buy, you have the option of choosing the standard black, white or the retailers very own exclusive Arctic Blue colorway. Normally, the phone costs $249.99 on Verizon and $199.99 on AT&T.
