Things aren’t looking too hot for Samsung right now.

2014 wasn’t a great year in Samsung land. The company has just issued its earnings guidance for the year’s fourth quarter — and the news isn’t good.

With operating profit standing at 5.2 trillion won (around $4.74 billion) for the quarter, the company’s overall profit for the year will likely come in at 25 trillion won: its lowest figure in three years.

Remember when reports from South Korea claimed Samsung was developing new fitness trackers with Under Armour? Well, it seems HTC got there first. The Taiwanese company today announced plans to launch “a series of products” that will work alongside UA Record, Under Armour’s own fitness tracking platform.

Samsung has long been giving away access to premium services as an incentive to buy its products, but its latest offering is by far its best yet. For a limited time only, those who purchase select Samsung goods will get a whole year of Netflix absolutely free — as well as access to the company’s own Milk Music streaming service.

We’ve already heard whispers that LG’s second-generation G Flex will be making its debut at CES 2015 next week — and now a new report from South Korea promises the device will be powered by Qualcomm’s latest 64-bit Snapdragon processor and have LTE-Advanced connectivity for ultra-fast data speeds.
