Samsung unveiled its first stylus-totting tablet, the Galaxy Note 10.1, back in August 2012, and  just two weeks later the device went on sale for a rather hefty $549, and that’s where the price has stayed ever since. Up until now, that is. Popular U.S. independent retailer, Best Buy, is in the midst of holding a clearance sale, and you can currently grab the slate for $449.

A list of leaked specifications for an upcoming super-sized Samsung tablet has surfaced on the internet, thus fuelling the rumor that the South Korean company is, indeed, working on yet another Android-powered slate to add to its rapidly growing lineup of flagship devices.

Samsung is said to be planning another new addition to its Galaxy Gear lineup that will have its own SIM card for making calls. It will be called the “Galaxy Gear Solo,” according to sources familiar with Samsung’s plans, and it could be the first smartwatch that isn’t so reliant on a smartphone.

The new Galaxy S5 boasts a ton of fancy new features, but one of the things Samsung has been pushing most since the handset was unveiled back in February is its built-in heart rate sensor. But just how revolutionary is that new sensor?

Well, as it turns out, not very. In fact, based on the hands-on video below, you can get the same results using your smartphone’s camera and LED flash with an app like Heart Rate Monitor from Runtastic.

Samsung has officially introduced  its latest affordable, entry-level smartphone, the Galaxy Ace Style, at a press conference in Hamburg, Germany. Unlike any of the South Korean company’s other budget-friendly handsets, the Style is set to ship running the latest build of Android KitKat, and will be available to purchase for around €250 ($340).
