Pebble-apps

Pebble is now rolling out software version 2.4 — a vital firmware update for both the metal and plastic models of its smartwatch. The upgrade is being distributed via the official Pebble Companion application and transports WhatsApp compatibility, new developer support and a large quantity of bug fixes, stability improvements and speed optimizations.

Google-Now-cards

Google is in the process of quietly rolling out a server-side update for its official Search application via the Play Store. Once updated, users will be able to receive train and bus reminders from their Gmail reservations. They will also notice that flight cards now produce information about alternative travel measures when delays occur.

Google-Play-refund

Google appears to have quietly increased the Play Store’s refund window for paid apps and games to two hours for a large number of titles.

The window previously gave buyers only 15 minutes to decide whether or not they wished to keep their download or have their money back — and that’s still the case, according to Google’s refund policy. But one report has found that the window now stays open a whole lot longer in most cases.

In terms of added functionality, this upgrade brings a completely revamped user interface for managing the connection between your smartphone and smartwatch, in addition to several bug fixes and speed optimizations.
