OnePlus today released a stock Android ROM for their flagship killer — the One — for users who find CyanogenMod a bit too overwhelming for their taste.
While CyanogenMod looks very similar to stock Android, it packs in a plethora of customization options, which can be overwhelming for new users.
Those still hoping to get their hands on a OnePlus One invite now have yet another giveaway to enter. To celebrate the launch of its new SwapStyle cover, the Chinese firm has promised 5,000 invites to lucky winners who sign up and “perform at least one of the listed actions” by 6:15 a.m. PDT tomorrow, July 23.
OnePlus today released the first StyleSwap cover for its handset — the OnePlus One. The company had initially teased the launch of the Bamboo based StyleSwap covers around a couple of week ago.
The midrange HTC Desire 610 is coming to AT&T this month, and it will sell for just $200 off-contract. It delivers HTC’s excellent build quality, front-facing speakers, and an 8-megapixel rear-facing camera — and it will be available on Friday, July 25.
OnePlus has had no problem selling its new smartphone — after all, who doesn’t want a flagship phone for $299? — but there have been tremendous problems with availability. The same can be said for the company’s official accessory lineup, but a teaser posted on Twitter today suggests its first SwapStyle cover will be available to purchase later this month.
