Apple just announced the much-anticipated iPhone 5s and iPhone 5c at an event in Cupertino, and both devices will go on sale next Friday, September 20. The iPhone 5s hopes to compete with the latest high-end devices from the likes of Samsung, Nokia, and HTC, while the iPhone 5c aims to be a decent midrange offering that’ll get you into Apple’s ecosystem without breaking the bank.

HTC is said to be preparing its Android 4.3 update for the flagship HTC One, and according to a source familiar with its plans, it’ll land in the United States first. Yesterday, Best Buy officially announced that it will start carrying the new blue HTC One starting September 15. According to Jeff Gordon, the Senior Global Online Communications Manager at HTC, the “Metallic Blue” One being sold at Best Buy is slightly darker than the “Vivid Blue” that was announced in Europe last week for the HTC One and One Mini.

HTC has gradually rolled out a number of devices with its latest Sense 5 user interface following its debut on the flagship HTC One back in March — and today the Taiwanese company presented fans with a budget-friendly option in the Desire 300, a 4.3-inch device that will make its debut in Europe this October.
