Xiaomi today unveiled its new Mi 4i, an attractive iPhone 5c clone made out of colorful polycarbonate with an affordable price tag. It’s the Chinese company’s first device exclusively for international markets, and it goes on sale later this month.

Motorola’s latest handsets continue to be an incredible success worldwide, helping the company sell more than 10 million handsets during the third quarter of 2014.

It’s a record for the Moto maker, which saw its revenue reach new highs during Q3. Lenovo, which acquired Motorola from Google last year, said it was able to beat investor expectations for smartphone sales, which were already more than doubled for this quarter.

Apple is close to becoming the world’s top smartphone maker for the first time since it conceded the title to Samsung more than three years ago. The Cupertino company is selling more iPhones than ever before, while Samsung’s smartphone sales are slowing.
