Each month I get my AT&T bill there are usually some small charges hidden away somewhere and I have to hunt through the endless pages of info trying to find out why my bill is off. The cascade of frustration usually results in me calling AT&T asking for an explaination on why this bill is different from last month if I didn’t have any overages.

AT&T customer care is probably tired of talking to people like me, so to make things easier they’re creating monthly personalized videos that will explain all of the charges on your wireless bill.

Here’s an example of what the videos will look like:

We have some great news for all you AT&T Galaxy S III owners out there. A handful of users are reporting that Jelly Bean is now available via Kies. No need to wait for an official announcement from AT&T, simply update to the latest version of Kies, plug in your Galaxy S III and let the fun begin.

You would think that after year’s of continually being ranked the worst US carrier, AT&T would have done something to pull itself from the bottom. Unfortunately, they haven’t. According to Consumer Reports’ latest rankings, AT&T once again holds the title for overall worst US carrier. AT&T shouldn’t feel too bad as not a single major US carrier scored above an overall satisfaction score of 72.

Amazon Wireless has a pretty sweet deal for anyone looking to pick up the Samsung Galaxy Note II on AT&T. Although it’s currently back ordered, you can still order one at the low price of $174.99 for new customers and $199.99 for upgrades (both with 2-year agreements). That’s a cool $100 off what you’d pay if you were to pick one up directly from AT&T!

In case you forgot, today is the day the HTC One X+ and One VX are slated to land on AT&T. While we’re not yet seeing the One VX, the One X+ is live and ready to be purchased.
