After giving the world a glimpse at Android Wear back in March, Google has finally revealed its new OS meant for wearables. Android Wear, detailed Wednesday at the Google I/O conference in San Francisco, is a true OS for smartwatches that will offer many advanced features like synced notifications, the ability to control other devices around you and constant display of relevant information based on the wearer’s location.

Twitter teased the new feature several weeks ago and officially announced it today, but it has already been testing it with select companies, including Spotify, Deezer, and HotelTonight — so you may have already seen the new ads in your timeline.

Gmail UI Refresh

According to a new leak, the Gmail app for Android could soon get a UI refresh. The report is accompanied by a leaked screenshot which shows the revamped UI along with some new colors. The screenshot also reveals the addition of several additional tabs within the app to categorize mails accordingly.
