Google is winding down summer by discounting a bunch of great apps in the Google Play Store. If you head to the store now, you’ll find hit titles such as Rockstar’s Max Payne on sale for $.99 (67% off). They haven’t dedicated a section for the sale just yet, but if you search for “End of Summer Sale,” you’ll get a list of results. Some other great apps on sale include:

As Android grows and the Play Store overfills with content, finding apps you might like becomes more daunting than it already is. Google knows this more than anyone, and since they’ve been outlining the groundwork for more content consumption (see Google Play gift cards), it’s only natural that they provide us more tools for app discovery.

The “bad piggies” have something diabolical planned, and whatever it is, it’s PIG, erm… BIG! There’s no way around it, we use our smartphones for just about everything, and sometimes, that’s not such a good idea. One such instance is while driving.
