Chrome for Android received its first update since shedding its beta tag and while it doesn’t add any great new functionality, it does take care of a few bugs and stability issues. If you head over to the Google Play Store, you’ll find the latest version of Chrome for Android as well as its listed changelog:

After a brief Xperia device exclusive, Call of Duty Black Ops Zombies is now available for most Android devices. The game itself is another Zombie shoot ’em up, which frankly, is getting a little old. Glu mobile has also decided to drive users bonkers by charging $6.99 for the game as well as including in-app purchases. This model is a far cry from what MadFingers Games is doing with their free Zombie hit Dead Trigger. By comparison, Dead Trigger (which dropped its price to free) has amassed almost 5 million downloads in two months while COD: Zombies with their $6.99 price tag has only managed a couple thousand downloads in the month that it has been available.

It’s time to see what it’s like to live in the shoes cloven hooves of the egg stealing piggies responsible for making birds quite angry. Millions of adorable green swine have been mercilessly slaughtered for simply trying to feed their families. They’ve tried protecting themselves with hardhats, makeshift houses, and have even gone as far as to leave their gravity loving homes in favor of the cold darkness of space. No matter what they do or where they go, there always seems to be a giant slingshot waiting to blast an Angry Bird at their hide. That all ends this month, with the release of Bad Piggies for Android and iOS.

I can feel the excitement across time and relative dimension in space going on as I type. Season 7 of Doctor Who airs in a few minutes and my bow tie is busting at the knot. This season is going to be epic, as well as extremely emotional, as we’re forced to say goodbye to the Doctor’s beloved companions Amy and Rory. It’s time to start preparing ourselves for what is going to be one wild ride, so grab your trusty sonic screwdriver and get ready to turn your Android device into your own personal TARDIS full of Doctor Who greatness.

Dropbox has once again teamed up with Samsung, only this time, they are offering 50GB of free storage (for 2 years) to anyone who purchases a Galaxy Note II or Galaxy Camera. Hopefully this won’t be a repeat of the Samsung Galaxy S III, where some carriers decided not to allow the promo.
