The Sony Xperia Z2 is yet to be launched in global markets, but a developer over at the XDA forums has already managed to root the device. This proves that the upcoming Sony flagship isn’t any different from the Xperia Z1 as far as developer options are concerned.

Google officially updated its Play Store support page yesterday to notify consumers that it’s now launched its Play Store gift cards in Mexico. Starting today, you will be able to pick up the cards in MXN$200, MXN$300, and MXN$400 denominations from select independent retailers, including OXXO, Sólo Sanborns, Liverpool, Blockbuster, Office Depot, Chedraui, and OfficeMax.
