While iOS may boast better usage stats than rival mobile platforms, Android is top when it comes to viewing adult videos on the web. Pornhub’s latest figures reveal that Google’s operating system accounts for almost half of all views from smartphones, but Windows Phone users enjoy more content.

We know Sony has a number of new smartphones — and possibly a new SmartWatch — up its sleeves for IFA next week, but could the Japanese electronics giant be preparing to launch a new tablet, too? Its latest teaser certainly suggests so, and unlike other Xperia slates, this one looks much more… Compact.

AT&T is now rolling out its Android 4.4.3 KitKat update for the HTC One M8. It weighs in at over 660MB, and in addition to Google’s latest security patches, it brings numerous Sense 6 improvements — including optimizations for BoomSound and Motion Launch, and Extreme Power Saving mode.

Today, Samsung officially took the wraps off its Gear S — the first ever standalone, Tizen-powered smartwatch with 3G, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth compatibility. Yes, that’s right, folks. This watch does not need to be paired to a smartphone; you can stay up to date with all your notifications from social networks, calendars and applications even when your phone is nowhere to be seen. You can make and receive calls too with the Gear S. Now that’s pretty cool.
