HTC has confirmed that it’s going to start putting ads into BlinkFeed, the news reader baked into its launcher on recent Android-powered smartphones. The company has promised that it will allow us to disable these later on, but for the time being, we have to put up with them.

However, you can quickly and easily disable BlinkFeed altogether if you don’t use it — or if you have decided to use another news reader instead. Here’s how.

Samsung has promised to deliver an over-the-air security update in the coming days to patch a serious flaw with the SwiftKey keyboard baked into its Android-powered Galaxy devices.

Its announcement comes just one day after a security researcher exposed the vulnerability, which affects around 600 million Samsung handsets — including its new Galaxy S6 and S6 edge.

The OnePlus 2’s specifications appear to have been leaked by a smartphone retailer ahead of the handset’s rumored unveiling next month. In addition to a faster processor, the listing promises improvements to the handset’s camera, and a bigger battery.

However, the details aren’t quite as exciting as we’ve been expecting.
