However, just 5 days after the handset was unveiled rumors are starting to emerge suggesting that Google will drop its hardware partnership with ASUS in favor of LG, for its next Nexus 7 in 2014.

Google has erected a new sign-up page that allows you to enter your email address to get “a heads up when you can get your new Google Nexus 7, on Google Play or at a retailer near you.”
