Kobo-Arc-10HD

Kobo has today announced three new Android-powered tablets aimed at budget, midrange, and high-end tablet consumers. There are two 7-inch models and one 10-inch model, all of which are part of Kobo’s Arc family of slates and e-readers — and they’ll start hitting U.K. stores on October 16.

Following its launch in the U.S. a couple of months ago, Wikipad has today published a press release stating that its new 7-inch gaming tablet will finally be available to purchase in the U.K. from September 27, for £249.99.

Hello-Kitty-Butterfly-S

A limited edition Hello Kitty HTC Butterfly S has been pictured ahead of its official debut.

The device is largely identical to the original Butterfly S — both inside and out — but it has a large Hello Kitty head printed on its back, and a pink Hello Kitty wallpaper set as default. The device is also expected to come pre-loaded with other Kitty content.

Snapchat

Snapchat is the latest company to enrol in Google’s official beta program, allowing Android users to sign up to a special program which will enable them to gain early access to the latest features the development team are currently rolling out. This beta includes two new enhancements, one for the keyboard and another for the canvas.

AT&T-logo-HD

AT&T has yet again broadened its horizons by upgrading and expanding its LTE connectivity services to another 9 new markets in the U.S. The announcement was made in a sequential series of press releases on the carrier’s website.
