Verizon has started pushing out an over-the-air (OTA) update for its branded edition of HTC’s flagship One. This upgrade brings a handful of new features and stability improvements, and although it doesn’t bring any major software improvements, i.e. Android 4.3, it’s still quite a significant update that we would advise all users to download.

We already have a pretty good idea of what Google’s next-generation Nexus smartphone looks like, because it happened to leak the device itself in a video for its Android 4.4 KitKat statue unveiling. And we’ve seen it again a number of times since then — but I don’t think any of the leaked photos have been as clear as this one, which clearly shows off the back of the new device.

Yesterday, HTC pushed out a rather sizeable, much-anticipated over-the-air (OTA) update to all One handsets in Canada. The upgrade brings Android 4.3 Jelly Bean and Sense 5 to the device, complete with a mass of additional bug fixes and speed optimizations, as well as a stylish new charging animation for when the handset is powered off.

Optimus F6 LG

LG announced its affordable mid-range Android smartphone, the Optimus F6, back in August and now we have confirmation that it’s available to purchase on MetroPCS, for $199 off-contract.
