Boeing has announced plans to manufacture secure Android devices for U.S. government defense and security markets and you can bet your tax paying dollars these handsets will put carrier pricing to shame. After a brief delay, it appears Samsung has managed to get TouchWiz to play nice with Android 4.0, finally making the Galaxy Tab 2 7.0 and 10.1 ready for prime time.
