Our wait for Google’s new Nexus devices could be over this month.

Sources familiar with the search giant’s plans claim both the new Nexus 5 from LG and a second Nexus smartphone from Huawei will be unveiled at an event in San Francisco on September 29.

Both of these devices have been pictured out in the wild countless times, so we’re know they’re real. But we’ve been waiting for Google to finally confirm them and put them on sale so that we can enjoy them. According to CNET, the unveiling will happen this month.

As expected, both handsets will launch with Android 6.0 Marshmallow pre-installed, and they’ll have new hardware that takes advantage of some of its new features, including fingerprint scanners embedded on their backs, and USB-C ports.

LG’s Nexus 5, which is expected to be the smaller of the two devices, is also expected to have a 5.2-inch Quad HD display, a hexa-core Snapdragon 808 processor, 3GB of RAM, and a 13-megapixel camera with optical image stabilization.

Huawei’s device will reportedly have a larger 5.7-inch display manufactured by Samsung, a faster Snapdragon 810 processor, and a more premium form factor made out of metal.

It’s worth noting that this is the second report to promise a September 29, with the other coming from reliable South Korean tech blog MK Post late last month.
