LG’s new Nexus 5 will go on sale before the end of September, according to a new report. The device will be one of the first smartphones on the market powered by Android 6.0 Marshmallow, and it’s thought to be one of two Nexus handsets launching this fall.

Powering the Nexus 5’s Marshmallow software will be a hexa-core Snapdragon 808 processor and 3GB of RAM, recent rumors claim, while other specifications are to include a 5.2-inch Quad HD display, and a much-improved 13-megapixel camera with optical image stabilization.

Leaked photos of the new Nexus 5 also confirm it will take full advantage of Marshmallow’s support for fingerprint scanners and USB-C technology.

Sources speaking to reputable South Korean news outlet MK Post say the new Nexus 5 will go on sale on September 29, which means we have just over a month to wait for the device. It’s unclear at this point whether Huawei’s Nexus, which is expected to have a larger display, will launch the same day.
