The Samsung Galaxy S III’s Android 4.3 Jelly Bean update, which first started reaching international handsets on November 4, is now rolling out in the United Kingdom. It will reach unlocked and unbranded handsets first, and users will be able to download and install it over-the-air or via Samsung’s KIES app for Mac and PC.

Camera Awesome, a hugely popular camera app with over 20 million downloads on iOS, is now available on Android. It’s packed full with a ton of great features that help you get creative and take better pictures and videos with your smartphone or tablet.

Nova Launcher, one of the most popular third-party launchers for Android, has a new beta release out today, which includes a number of new features and tweaks for Android 4.4 KitKat. In addition to transparent status and navigations bars, the update adds KitKat’s new home screen page indicators and app drawer icon, its folders, its font, and lots more.

Sprint has launched a handful of new Android-powered smartphones today, including Google’s brand new Nexus 5, the LG G2, the Samsung Galaxy S4 mini, and the Samsung Galaxy Mega. All four devices are available online and in Sprint stores.

After Android 4.3 Jelly Bean arrived on the Galaxy S III last month, Galaxy Note II users have been eagerly anticipating an update of their own. And although it hasn’t quite made its way into consumer hands yet, it looks like it is close, with Samsung service centers now getting the release.
