Sprint is in the process of pushing out an over-the-air (OTA) update to its branded edition of Samsung’s former flagship smartphone the Galaxy Note II. This upgrade brings Android 4.3 Jelly Bean and a newer version of the TouchWiz UI to the device, in addition to a multitude of bug fixes and speed optimizations.

It’s a great day to be a Galaxy Note 3 owner (in the United States), because Samsung has announced that it is giving new and existing owners $50 Google Play credit for absolutely nothing. All you need to do is hand over your name and contact details, and your handset’s IMEI number.

Samsung has officially announced in a press release that its first Android-powered 4G LTE/Wi-Fi enabled mirrorless camera, the Galaxy NX, is now available to purchase in the United States, for $1599. However, that price only covers the body itself. If you wish to buy the camera with a standard 18-55mm kit lens, it will set you back a jaw-dropping $1699.99.
