HTC appears to have given up on its own design language in an effort to make its next flagship smartphone an iPhone clone. Leaked images of the so-called HTC Aero look almost identical to an iPhone 6, with the same flat form factor and protruding camera.

HTC One M8 owners have been waiting for HTC’s latest Sense 7 user interface since it made its debut with the One M9 earlier this year, and it appears that wait will continue into 2016.

HTC Product Manager Mo Versi has revealed on Twitter that Sense 7 won’t rollout until the One M8 gets Android M.

What is believed to be a second-generation Nexus 5 has appeared in AnTuTu benchmarks ahead of an official unveiling. The device has a performance score that far exceeds that of the latest devices, including the Galaxy S6, seemingly confirming it will boast high-end specifications.

HTC has rolled out a software update for its new One M9 handset that hopes to fix some of the camera troubles you may have read about in its early reviews. However, the software is only available to those in the U.S. because it ships pre-installed on international models.

After months of rumors and speculation, HTC today made the One M9+ official at an event in Beijing. As expected, it’s a slightly bigger — and in some cases slightly better — version of the flagship One M9, with a super-sharp Quad HD display, and a fingerprint scanner.
