If you happen to have a Playstation Certified Android device then you’ll be happy to know that Sony’s Playstation Mobile (formerly known as Playstation Suite) is now live. Playstation Mobile aims to bring the “best of gaming on mobile devices,” but a quick glance at the suite’s launching titles is less than impressive.

After much speculation, the HTC One X+ has finally become official. The successor to the One X was announced today and features a bit of beefier specs. A few days back, ASUS announced it would be updating its Transformer Pad Infinity And Transformer Pad Prime. Users couldn’t wait to update to the latest and greatest version of Android, however, ASUS had to delay (if you could even call it that) the update for the Transformer Pad Infinity until today.

No one was really surprised when it was announced that the Verizon Samsung Galaxy S III would have a locked bootloader yet the news was still disheartening to hear. Then Samsung dropped down like an angel from the heavens with a landing page for an unlocked “Developer Edition” Samsung Galaxy S III for Verizon. Customers could’t wait for the “coming soon” to be dropped and have themselves a proper Galaxy S III on Verizon.

A bit of good news for Sony Xperia go, sola, and U users. Today, Sony began rolling out Android 4.0 to all three devices and plans to continue to do so globally, over the next few weeks. The update brings all of the great features of Ice Cream Sandwich along with a few new media applications and a “Glove Mode” for sola users.
