Sony has teamed up with Spanish airline Vueling to launch “the world’s first wearable boarding pass” for its SmartWatch 2. Users will be presented with a 2D barcode that will be displayed on their wrist, negating the need to print their own boarding cards before leaving for the airport.

As of today, Chromecast is no longer a treat available only to those in the United States. The media streaming dongle is now on sale in the United Kingdom, Canada, and nine countries across Europe, priced at £30/CA$39/€35.

Pebble-Appstore-Android

Following its launch on the Play Store on Tuesday, Pebble is now pushing out a minor stability update for the public version of its Pebble 2.0 application for Android. The upgrade doesn’t bring anything new in terms of functionality, but, thankfully, it does transport some much needed stability improvements, in addition to a fix for a very annoying issue where some users found themselves stuck at the splash screen.
