If you’re an Outlook.com user who uses the official app on Android, you’ll be pleased to know that it now has a new user interface and a number of new features. The app was a little ugly before, but Microsoft has given it some much-needed attention and make some significant improvements.

Amazon-Appstore

Amazon has today announced that it will be expanding its Android Appstore to almost 200 countries “in the coming months.” Developers can now submit apps in preparation for the expansion, which will see the Appstore rolling out to Australia, Brazil, Canada, Mexico, India, South Africa, South Korea, and many more.

BaconReader

BaconReader, my favorite Reddit client on Android, has today been updated with a number of new features and improvements that make this already awesome app even better. In addition to support for Vimeo videos, BaconReader now offers the ability to draw on images before posting them, support for themes on more pages, and lots more.

Facebook has announced that Facebook Home is set to rollout internationally, following its debut in the U.S. on April 12. The purpose of the short U.S exclusivity was to ensure that any bugs and issues were ironed out before the new launcher went global.

Libon

Orange has today launched a new all-in-one communications tool for Android that promises to “change the way you communicate with the people that matter.” Called Libon, the app provides users with free calls, text messages, and a smart visual voicemail service that’s compatible with any wireless network in over 100 countries.
