Carmageddon

Carmageddon, the ultra violent racing game that first made its debut on PC back in 1997 — and was subsequently banned around the world — is now available on Android. The title made first made its appearance on mobile back in October when it landed on iOS, but fans can now pick it up in Google Play for just $1.99.

Facebook-Home-HTC-One

Facebook has quietly added support for the HTC One, the Samsung Galaxy S4, the Sony Xperia ZL, and other Android smartphones to its new Facebook Home launcher. The update comes after the social network announced it had seen over 1 million downloads of Facebook Home following its launch on April 22.

Blitz-Brigade

Gameloft has today launched Blitz Brigade, a new online multiplayer game, on Android and iOS. It’s a class-based first-person shooter that’s clearly heavily influenced by Valve’s Team Fortress titles, and it’s a whole lot of fun.

Google Earth for Android today received a new update that adds a number of new features, including Street View, improved search and directions, and an improved interface.

HTC-One-Google-IO

We’re now just six days away from Google I/O, and in preparation for the event, Google has updated its official Google I/O app for Android. Aimed at both those attending the conference and those keeping up from home, the app now offers maps with session information, HDMI video output for live streams, Google+ login support, and more.
