Google can now send messages for you even when you use third-party messaging services. Its latest update for the Google app on Android enables the “Ok Google” feature to play nicely with apps like WhatsApp, Viber, WeChat, and more.

As an Android user who’s always switching devices, one of my biggest complaints is the lack of a built-in app backup feature. Lollipop and previous versions of Android don’t carry any of your app data over to your new device, so you have to start from scratch.

Fortunately, that’s going to change this fall when Google rolls out Android M, which has a new Auto Backup for Apps feature. The search giant explains it all in the video below.

Samsung has announced it will “adjust” its pricing for the Galaxy S6 and S6 edge in an effort to boost sales after confirming another disappointing quarter.

The South Korean company’s new profit fell 8 percent to 5.75 trillion won ($4.93 billion) year-on-year during Q2 2015, while sales fell 7 percent to 48.5 trillion won ($41.7 billion).

NFL commissioner Roger Goodell announced that he is upholding the four game suspension the league gave Tom Brady for his role in Deflategate earlier this year, all because the four-time Super Bowl champion refused to hand over his cellphone.

The New England Patriot quarterback told fans this morning that he’s disappointed with the league’s decision, but he’s got a perfectly good explanation as to why he couldn’t give investigators his phone to access to his text messages – he had just switched to the iPhone 6.
