As soon as the Nexus 7 became available for pre-order, Android enthusiasts flooded the site, looking to grab Google’s Tegra 3, Android 4.1 sub $200 tablet. Of course if you’re an Androidian or Googlite, this was a no brainer, but what about consumers outside of the cultists? Turns out they’re just as interested in Google’s Nexus tablet as we are. How do I know this? Well, I don’t… but you’re supposed to believe everything on the internet, so believe it.

Every year, soulless leaches attend I/O for one reason and one reason only: the free devices. Then these douches proceed to rape overzealous tech enthusiasts who couldn’t make it to I/O. This year is no different, and if you do a quick search for Google I/O over on Ebay, you’ll see the douchery is in full force.

In case you missed it, you can now watch the full Google I/O 2012 Day 1 Keynote over on YouTube. This will allow you to relive every fantastic announcement over, and over, and over again. Maybe you missed it the first time around, or perhaps you just want to go over all of the new announcements at your own pace — in order to take it all in.

We simply love wallpapers. They’re one of the first changes we make to our Android devices and often represent our moods, interests, or wicked alter egos. They’re as unique as the individuals who use them and while some people pick one and stick with it, others change them more often than a teenager’s Facebook status. Each day we’re going to feature a free wallpaper for you to download and use on your Android device. Depending on your device, you may want to use your favorite photo editing software to resize the image for a better fit. Once that’s done, apply and enjoy. Your homescreen can thank us later. Cheers!

For better or worse, Verizon’s new Share Everything plans are now here. If you sign up for Verizon and wish to have multiple devices on one account, you’ll have to choose from the new Share Everything plans. Current customers do not have to worry about this unless they either want to, or decide to upgrade to a new device at a subsidized cost.
