Rayman is finally coming back to mobile.
Ubisoft has announced a brand new Rayman game that’s coming to Android and iOS on September 20. It’s called Rayman Jungle Run, and it looks absolutely awesome. Inspired by the treasure chest chase levels in Rayman Origins, it’s a fast-paced platformer in which you never stop running. Never.
Samsung has announced that the Galaxy S III has become their most successful smartphone, surpassing 20 million units sold in just 100 days. I can’t say I’m surprised, it’s an excellent device. Samsung did a brilliant job (minus TouchWiz) and makes it quite obvious as to why they are the leading manufacturer of Android devices.
As you can see by the numbers above, it’s still a sad state of affairs when it comes to Android devices being updated to the latest platform version. The majority of Android devices out there are still stuck on Gingerbread — a version of Android released almost 2 years ago. We, of course, can’t blame Google for this, but the lack of updates by OEMs and carriers is downright disgusting.
We simply love wallpapers. They’re one of the first changes we make to our Android devices and often represent our moods, interests, or wicked alter egos. They’re as unique as the individuals who use them and while some people pick one and stick with it, others change them more often than a teenager’s Facebook status. Before you go saying “of course you’d say that, you’re an Android fan boy,” let me state for the record: I am an Android fanboy. Now that I’ve gotten that out of the way, let’s discuss the new Windows 8 devices announced by Nokia today. If you didn’t catch the event, don’t worry, all you need to do is dump a box of fruit loops on your kitchen table and it’ll be like watching the event live.
