Acer’s mid-range Android smartphone, the Liquid E2, was announced back in June and has been available to buy from independent third-party retailers for a few weeks now, but starting as from today it’s also available to purchase from Three U.K.

Samsung’s upcoming Android-powered flip phone, the Galaxy Folder, has been leaked a number of times in recent weeks, so we already know exactly what it’s going to look like. And now we have some early press shots that all but confirm its final design.

Also known as the Galaxy Hennessy, this device is set to be a midrange smartphone with a traditional numeric keypad, and it’s likely to remain in South Korea and other Asian countries where flip phones are still popular devices.

Samsung-Galaxy-Tab-2-7-0

Samsung has today begun rolling out the Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean update for the Galaxy Tab 2 7.0 in the United Kingdom. The update is reaching the Wi-Fi only device with the “GT-P3110” model number, and it’s available to download over-the-air or via the Samsung KIES desktop application.

In addition to Android 4.2.2 features like lock screen widgets and Daydream, the update also adds new TouchWiz features and widgets that were first introduced on Samsung’s flagship Galaxy S4.

One of the best and most popular features on Motorola’s flagship smartphone, the Moto X, is its Active Display functionality which automatically displays important notifications on the lock screen without any user input. This attribute was a Moto X exclusive at launch, and in less than not time a replica was developed exclusively for Android 4.3 users, which is now available to download on any 4.1 Jelly Bean device.

LG-White-Nexus-4

The white Nexus 4 recently reappeared on sale in the U.K., and now the limited edition handset is available to purchase from Wind Mobile in Canada. The device has exactly the same specifications as the original black model, the only difference being a new lick of shiny white paint on the back and sides.
