Google’s 7 Days To Play promotion is still going strong with only 3 days left to Play. Google has a new set of $.25 deals to offer and it’s quite amazing to think you can get all of today’s deals for less than the cost of a large candy bar. Google Maps was updated today and yes, it’s still in beta. Kidding aside, it’s really just a minor update, but anyone on Ice Cream Sandwich will appreciate it. Gone are those three tiny launcher dots and list style menu. You’ll now be able to enjoy a larger built-in menu with a grid format and recognizable icons. This should make it a lot easier to see exactly what options you want to access while driving stopped. They might as well take advantage of the space now that handsets are getting much, much larger.


The major MOTOACTV update that was supposed to roll out on Wednesday but was delayed, is finally available. Software update 6.0 brings quite an array of new features and all you have to do is connect your MOTOACTV device to your PC or Mac to get them.
