Amazon is currently offering up some incredible smartphone deals for Cyber Monday, so if you’re looking for a new handset on contract, you don’t want to miss them. A number of high-end devices, including the LG G2 and the HTC One, are just $0.01 upfront for a limited time, while Google’s new Nexus 5 will cost you just $10.

The Apple TV and Google Chromecast are pretty cool, but I know I’m not the only one who wishes I could stream whatever media I want to whatever device I want, without worrying about proprietary standards.

Until we get a universal API, we have AllCast for Android, an app that can stream content to an Apple TV, a Roku, an Xbox, a Samsung Smart TV, and so on. You name it, and AllCast supports it… except, perplexingly, for ChromeCast.

Samsung unveiled a trio of new Galaxy Note 3 variants this morning, all of which are painted in fancy new colors. There’s a brand new “merlot red” option, plus additional black and white options with rose gold accents rather than silver ones.

Samsung Galaxy S4 users on NTT DoCoMo in Japan will begin to receive their Android 4.3 Jelly Bean update later this month. The update will add a number of new features and TouchWiz improvements, including support for the Galaxy Gear.
